All faces are different. The ones I got fit me especially well, are comfortable to wear and appear to seal well despite my beard.

The masks this company sells are fantastic. 100% satisfied with the adult size small KN95 plus the kid’s surgical style masks I purchased. The delivery was also super quick. If I need these kinds of masks again, this is where I will shop.

I was excited to get these masks as a friend of mine got the kid ones and she loved them. However, They did not fit well at all. They were more elongated and whenever I would talk they would slide down- no matter how I adjusted the nose piece. I gave one to my brother in law to try. At first he really liked it and he said it fit well, but once he started talking, his also slid down. I did contact customer service and they were very prompt in addressing my issue and instantly gave me a refund- thus the 3 stars for the wonderful service I received.

Dear Dianne, thank you for your kind words, and we're sorry to know you had these issues with your masks. After checking, it seems you receive the standard model with non adjustable earloops. For those, we have found some customers (mostly women) didn't find the loops short enough, so we started to make our masks with adjusters to help with fitting, as we understand this is very important for our customers. That said, we hope to see you again in the future and check the KN95 masks with adjustable earloops and hoping they can improve your experience with our products. Stay safe.
