I had to wait a few days for the exact N95 masks that I wanted (black, adjustable ear loops) to get re-stocked, but that was understandable. The masks arrived pre-wrapped and perfect, just a few days late unfortunately. I live in a city and things usually get delivered on time, so the late delivery was a little surprising. Overall, I would definitely use this website to order more masks in the future. Trustworthy and reliable (given the context of increased demand) in my experience.

I ordered KN95 3D face masks for petite faces. The adult masks are simply too big for me. I also liked the 3D design vs. the "duck bill" variety. I contacted customer support because the while the packaging said KN95 the masks themselves were not so stamped. Got a prompt response from them with links to CDC website where I could confirm the masks were indeed rated as KN95. I appreciated the concern shown for my comfort that I had chosen wisely.
