I am a healthcare professional...Since the beginning of pandemic I have purchased my own masks. The hospital provides N95 madks only in certain areas otberwise it is "surgical" mask. I and many members of my staff wear KN 95 masks. WeeBefore masks are our top choice.

I place my order and received confirmation that my order had been received with a message that I would be emailed a tracting #. I never received this email. Next I received notice that my order had been delivered to my address. It was not delivered(I didn't receive my order). I made 4-5 attempts to contact the company via.phone and email for over a 4 week time period with no response. Two months later I received my order. No info on whether my order had to be backordered. No communication between the time I first received notice my order was delivered(when it had not been delivered) and when it was actually delivered over 6 weeks later.

Appreciate finding an adjustable large mask option for my husband. The masks I purchased for myself also fit nicely. I am not fond of the coral color, but preferred black color was out of stock. Masks are good quality and can be adjusted to fit well.
