Dear SJ, thanks for your honest comments about our products and we're sorry to know the masks didn't fit as expected. If you allow us to help, our masks, although are constructed to fit most faces, we know the fitting may not be perfect to a certain range of wearers, and that's the reason we also provide the measurements of these masks, so just incase our customers can do a self-meamsurement and determine if that size might help. That said, please note we've sent you some referencial information about this. we hope it helps, so keep us posted.
