Dear unhappy user, we are sorry to know the masks didn't work as expected. If we are honest, this was one of the very few times we received the masks' loops weren't that elastic, and all those cases were reported and confirmed as defectives. So if you are open, you can write at us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the masks you got, and we'll make an exception to your case and analyze to assist.
