Dear Pat, we are sorry the courier took that long to deliver your package. If you allow us to clarify, during and after the holidays, couriers had a large volume of deliveries to do (as well as us in orders), so they delayed some of our deliveries at random, and the reason for which your package arrived that late. For that we apologize even if it's not on us, but now that they are back on their regular schedules, we can promise the delivery times will be even better. Stay safe.
