Customer service and delivery were great. However, the kid's sized mask is too small for my 3 year old's face, which is kind of crazy considering they shouldn't even be wearing masks before 2.

I thank you for caring the N95 3D masks in a size adult small. I have a small face for an adult and was having to wear a child size. Please continue to carry this size for people like me.

I didn't give this product a better review mainly because the mask was way too small for my face which seemed unusual. I also discovered that the type that has a loop that goes behind your neck and a loop that rests on the top/back of your head just doesn't work for me. The top loop won't stay in place.

If you allow us to clarify, you have ordered the smallest mask size for adults, and thus the reason they didn't fit you for sure, and to help our customers, we have created these masks in three different sizes: Small, Regular, and Large, and with options to select in either head straps or earloops to help with the wearer's comfort based on what they prefer the most. In area I live they had run out of COVID tests. I searched on line and found WellBefore. So I placed my order for COVID tests, received great follow up emails and they were delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend them!
