Love the products but every order has an issue. One time the masks had a different color strap than the pictures, which of course my daughter refused to wear. The next time they sent small masks instead of regular adult size. And this last subscription order there was an item out of stock so instead of asking if I wanted to substitute or just sending the 80% of the order that wasn’t out of stock, they just didn’t send anything until I complained. They did send it by expedite shipping for no extra charge but we still have to go another week without the masks we were expecting. This company needs to up its quality control and customer service game.

The product is great. I have purchased other N95 masks and the overall quality of this mask is better than any of the others. The construction, design fit and even packaging are excellent and the price is reasonable. I have had some problems ordering on their website, but that may be my fault. I am an individual and not a health service. My error was quickly remedied by WellBefore. These masks are individually packaged and easily opened. That is a bid deal for me.
