A little frustrating that the toddler mask CONSTANTLY falls off my toddler's face, particularly his nose. I can't tighten it to get it to stay, because it bends and hurts my kiddos ears. So it's been sorta a waste.

According to our experience, this problem may have been caused because of size, being the X-Small (the one you got) running out too small for your child. I purchased masks from you. The kids mask were perfect for my 9 year old. The adult mask was too small for me. you guys offered to send me free samples. I assumed to try on for size. I received the samples but only in one size, XL. that size was too big. How can I determine what is the best size if only one size was sent to try on???

Dear Adolfo, we are sorry to know the samples you receive, both sizes LARGE and SMALL (because according to the purchase history, you received two free samples in such sizes, which is the limit of samples we were able to send and we do not have XL sizes), didn't run as expected, and all of them were as per your request. That said, we hope you understand that, although we already have pictures on our site that will explain you how to measure your face and the dimensions of our masks to determine the best size, we sent the samples as we understand sometimes you as our customer weren't able to find a perfect size. For future references, we strongly suggest you to get the regular size as we can be sure that's the perfect size for you, and we hope the service you received with two free samples gave you a better experience than 2 stars. I bought two different kinds of children kn95 masks.. This brand.. In my opinion.. Was the worst fit for my chikdren.. One was too small.. The next size up too big.. Other brands that sell online have a better fit but I'm yet to find one with a perfect size of ear loop strings for petite faces... WellBefore charges shipping.. Comparing to my other trustworthy alternative that doesn't charge USPS shipping.. So another negative there.. I

We are sorry to see you leaving as well, but please never hesitate to try any other size for adults if you prefer for you, as we strongly believe our masks has a great comfort and many other customers can support this. As well, we hope you understand we do not have a big relationship with couriers, and for which their costs that comes directly to them are added, but you can always have a free shipping option after a determined amount of masks.
