I recently placed an order for 100 masks which were needed for an event in another state. The person who was accepting the order wanted it sent to his office. He gave me the address over the phone, but unfortunately it was a new office, and he misstated the address. WellBefore contacted him before shipping to verify the address. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure the masks were delivered to the correct address. Their masks are good quality masks in individual packaging, which makes them ideal for handing out at events.

Good Masks; Quick Delivery
The masks were easy to wear and seemed effective: I went to a FL conference where most attendees were unmasked but avoided contracting Covid.

KN95 mask comfortable yet leaks, negating full 95 benefit

1) Well Before, with respect, you read my comment incorrectly. The leaking is below the eyes, adjacent to the nose, NOT below the chin. The mask fits fine and is the appropriate size. The metal clip is very rigid, that contributes to the issue.
2) I understand all too well that a 95 rating relates to the filtration of the material. I'm not clueless. The issue is this >> if there isn't a proper seal around the edges then the mask is not performing as it should because the wearer is not drawing 100% of their inhale through the mask filter and benefiting from the acclaimed 95 filtration. Some air is entering through the leak. Perhaps the best option in our case is to purchase a 95 mask that seals around the face better than we've experienced with Well Before. Thanks.

We ordered the Well Before KN95 mask in order to upgrade from surgical masks. We also wanted a 95 mask with ear loops vs. straps. While it's a better mask than surgical or cloth, and more comfortable than an N95 we tried with elastic straps, the Well Before KN95 does not seal very well around the nose (below the eyes). This issue negates its ability to filter at a 95 level and it immediately apparent while wearing glasses or sunglasses --they fog up with air leaking upward from underneath the mask. We tried our best to create a better seal, only tape works. Two adults and a middle-schooler, we all have the same issue. We continue wearing them yet don't expect 95 filtration

Dear Brian, we are sorry to know you had issues with your order. If you allow us to clarify, the 95%, as well as other masks, refers to the efficiency of filtration applied on the air that goes through the masks, not on the edges. Sealing has nothing to do with filtration efficiency, and any test you can check from our documentation can prove this statement, and even we kindly invite you to investigate this reasoning on the internet, as the sealing does not reduce how the masks performs when the air goes through them, and we hope this had clarified your concern.
As for the sealing, we believe in this case you would have received masks which size does not fit as expected because if air leaks below the chin, it seems the regular size might be running bigger than your measurements, and for this, we believe size small would be a better option. I had ordered the small masks and when I received them they just didn't fit right. WellBefore reached out right away to make things right. Customer service is fantastic, shipping is fast and in the end the masks I did get are just what I needed.
