If you allow us to clarify, at the moment you receive the notification your order was shipped, it means the package was already in the courier's hands so it can' be edited anymore. We always do our best to process orders as fast as possible to not make our customers wait too much for their products, and we're sorry for not being able to catch an order that is already in transit, and return it so you can make any edition, but we hope you understand we are unable to do this. The KN95 masks with adjustable ear loops are very comfortable and and as an adult with a small face I appreciate being able to get a size that doesn't gap.

The masks are good quality but the fit could be better. The nose bridge needs to be more substantial and positioned higher up. I really like the adjustable bands. I originally ordered the small following the measurment guidelines but they were too small. When I contacted customer service, they replacement them with the regular size.
