It would be great to know before my order has been sent to know that one of my items is unavailable. One member of my family has no mask, or has to wear one that doesn't fit as well, or they dont like.

Hi Susan, we hope you are doing well and we're sorry to know you had issues with your subscriptions. If you allow us to clarify, our platform never process an order if an item from the subscription is not in stock at the moment of charging the items. That said, and after investigating, it seems you've created multiple subscriptions at the same time, while canceling others, and what you've expected to be charged the same day, you've placed the charge date in a different day than the products you recently received. These masks work perfect for me and my family! They are comfortable for around the ears and better for breathing.This is my second order and now awaiting the large to restock so I can buy more! Definitely recommend.
