I've ordered n95 masks twice from them and both times it went smooth as silk. Because I couldn't remember the name of the mask I had ordered the first time they were kind enough to look up my order and email the info I needed (including a link to the product). Great customer service.

If you allow us to clarify, since we know not all ages will fit in the same size, we provide many alternatives to make our customers select the size that might fit the better: -First, we have the age ranges which each size fit the most according to our tests. -Second, we have the measurements of the masks on site, and along with the sizing guideline on the product's description, you can make a self-measurement of the wearer's face -Third, you can always reach out to any of our customer service channels to receive assistance in determining the best size for you or your beloved ones. As you can see, to prevent these situations to happen, we put at hand plenty alternatives to help. We hope this had clarified, and let us know if anything else is required. Stay safe.

The KN95 face masks I purchased fit perfectly because of the adjustable ear loops. I can wear the mask continuously for long periods of time without ear pain. Thank you for an excellent product.

We have ordered several times from Well Before and have always been pleased. The website clearly illustrates products available with through descriptions. Ordering is easy and the company is good with email updates concerning shipping, estimated arrival, etc. The time from ordering to receiving the order is less than expected. Well Before is a domestic company with a physical address and we prefer to order from them rather than from an unknown source on Amazon. Their prices are comparable.
