Great Customer Service and Quality
WellBefore always comes through, even if there are adverse weather conditions that shut down their operations, they always respond immediately and make it right. I wish all companies had the excellent customer service offered by WellBefore.

Quality product at reasonable prices
In trying to find quality products that will help to minimize exposure during the pandemic and beyond this WellBefore has set a high standard. The products selection is good and the delivery is timely. They offer reminders and auto refill which is very helpful.

This is a first time purchase of these masks after hearing about them on In the Bubble podcast. Andy didn't lie--these are great masks. Lots of room in the mask to decrease mask acne, secure fit at the nose and sides, and sleekly goes under the chin. The adjustable ear straps make it great to adjust during different settings. Will definitely purchase again.

Hi Joshua, we are sorry to know you felt this way with your order, and we hope we can clarify a bit more. As we stated on our site, and we hope you understand, we can only file claims for orders that are reported within the 14 calendar days upon their delivery confirmation, and this solution can be processed once per order, without exceptions. Please note that even with that option we are open to be flexible when we need to amend when applies, but the report must happen within the same timeframe if the solution accepted is a reshipment, which is your case where you reported once in your first order, and we gladly processed a reshipment, but once this one arrived, several weeks has passed before knowing you needed another exchange, which was not possible given the fact the order was reshipment already. Once again, we are sorry to not being able to help this time, and we hope you understand the policies. We wish you the best of luck and stay safe.
