Sold expired Covid tests. Says FDA extended shelf life by 1 year but tests are faulty. The liquid is gel and two false positives confirmed same day with PCR. Would not refund or send new tests.

If you allow us to explain, we do not sell products that are expired by any means, and we make sure we are distributing products that are correctly backed up by official entities to be sold as they are. In this case, the COVID test you got are approved by the FDA to be sold, as they got an extension until January 2024 to be used with no harm or error (https://www.fda.gov/media/158005/download), and to guarantee our customers are aware of this information, we point it out in the product's description, very first paragraph with the proper links so you can confirm this information, and before adding this product on the basket, a notification will show up.
