The masks themselves are great—have never had one tear or otherwise malfunction and they seem to be quite effective (don’t want to provoke any jinxes here). We have a standing order for 10 K95 masks every 6 weeks. WellBefore is always timely and they always check to make sure we want to receive upcoming shipment. It was easy to cancel one shipment when we had a surplus. Also, on one occasion, too many were sent in error. When I contacted WellBefore to arrange payment for the extra masks, I received a lovely email advising me to simply keep the extras at no extra charge. Overall our experience with both the masks themselves and customer support could not be any better.
