Please, allow us to clarify that after researching your case, we already managed to find that we indeed replied to your request to cancel the upcoming orders, but we had a question we needed to be answered in order to provide a more accurate service, but unfortunately, we never heard back. Also, your subscription was canceled as requested. In addition, it`s our motto that our products are skin-friendly, but in case of potential allergy, we highly advise our customers to inform us and immediately talk to their doctor, to check if they are allergic to any of the components of our masks like polypropylene, latex-free elastic, and cotton.
