The size and materials of the kn94 masks has been changing frequently and without any notice. This affects the fit of the mask which is now too big and I have three packs of them. I am ver disappointed

Our products are constantly made of the same materials, and with that we mean they are not changed in this matter, so we do not affect their efficiency, and safety for the user. However, we do make updates in the design to make them more comfortable for our customers based on the reviews we receive, like yours, but size is something we try to keep the same always, to avoid these problems, so please apologize us if the last order arrived in a different size. I have a auto ship on the kn95 mask. Always on time, never a problem and the mask is great when I need them. Had sent an email to customer service and received a response with 15 minutes. Always great service.
