My mother in law had a stroke over 15 months ago. She was totally bedridden. We ordered adult diapers since she couldn’t get out of bed. She passed away a month ago. I had two unopened boxes with four packages of diapers and three unopened ones. A total of 11 packages of unopened diapers. When I contacted the company for a refund . I was informed I had only 14 days to return them. We did not know when she would pass. So we had a supply for her. I feel because there are customers that use their company to care for elderly parents or love ones in need they should extend their refund policy. I bought adult wipes from Costco that were unopened and I returned with no problem. Walmart I purchased chucks, nightgowns, and butt crème unopened from a third party thru them with no refund problem. Also band- aide for bed sores on line site I was able to return. Unopened of course. It’s expensive to take care of your love one at home. I feel you should have 60 days to return items not 14 days. Since you have to have it on hand for them in your home. After they pass you can take time to grieve and then sort out what is not needed.

Hi Leo, We are deeply sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our return policies. As a family-owned business, we completely understand how you feel. However, kindly note that some of our products are sent directly from the manufacturer, and as a result, we have specific guidelines for returns. Unfortunately, your most recent order is well past the timeframe window which is 14 calendar days after delivery as you are already aware of. With that said, we completely understand your point. For this reason, we have made sure to share your feedback with our team to further evaluate the timeframe for returns. We truly appreciate your understanding of our current policies and apologize for the trouble experienced. If you have any further concerns or questions about our policies, please feel free to reach out to our team. We'll always be here for you, happy to help as much as we can. Stay safe.
