My review may have been different 6 months ago...
Did not have a local rep managing account pretty much all of 2018 so ads were not being updated, no outreach, no one calling back. Position had turnover. Offering 4 stars today because our new contact, Adrienne, stepped in and offered support immediately, apologized for mis-management, and presented us with the many reasons Welcome Wagon is truly a unique, quality resource - a way to get your business in front of new residents in a community.

I have used Welcome Wagon for about 20…
I have used Welcome Wagon for about 20 years. I has been the best way for me, as a business, to reach new customers directly. It is more personal and I get a better return for my advertising dollar than radio or newspaper. I would highly recommend to anyone in retail business to participate in the Welcome Wagon program. The number of repeat customers from Welcome Wagon is much higher than any coupon program I have ever used! Steve

Welcome Wagon is a great tool to reach potential customers before my competition even knows they are in town. A list comes directly to me every month, so I get to welcome them to the neighborhood before anyone else.
