Beautiful place.The owners Sharon and Andrew were so friendly and welcoming we felt like we were old friends. Sid’s Place is a lovely place to stay,beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.The welcome basket was a nice touch and much appreciated! A good location for walkers and cyclists as Hurn Forrest is literally on your doorstep.Lots of places to visit just a few miles away by car as well.We will definitely be back!

Due to covid We twice had to cancel our holiday cottage We have now decided to wait till its all over before we book again And Welcome cottages have been brilliant in their handling of our case Our money was reimbursed no quibble at all When Covid is over we would definitely use Welcome Cottages again Especially after reading about other similar companies Whose customers had problems dealing with them If any director or boss from Welcome is reading this May I add your staff were a credit to you in all of my dealings with them And I will be a returning customer

We rented a Squirrel cottage - 83 Main Street, Seamer, Scarborough from 25th Sept - 5th October and were delighted with it. Lovely and clean and well apportioned. Dog friendly with well fenced in garden for our escapologist dog. Lovely and cosy too. Kitchen was a joy to work in and very well laid out. Welcome pack was nice too. Highly recommend.

We are part of the Covid fiasco. Our Wales holiday was due to start 11th July. 2 days before Wales officially reopens. But even then I am still shielding so travel impossible Ben from Welcome Cottages answered my concerns on Messenger & we have the requested e-voucher. The company have been perfectly pleasant to deal with from start to finish

I have booked with Welcome Cottages many times before and had 2 cancellations to organise. Had to wait a while to get through, but immediately offered and organised 2 full refunds. Hope to travel with them soon when we can all get about more.

Another great cottage provided by welcome cottages, we stayed for a week in Wales in March before lockdown and werent disappointed, used this company many times and have always found them helpful and professional. I would like to be able to review the cottage but didnt seem to receive the email as yet but I can understand that you are probably working with skeleton staff during the current climate so the main thing is you are all keeping safe. The Hill Top cottage was very clean and the welcome pack was very much appreciated.Lots of nice pubs very near for very tasty food. The weather was brilliant.We did the cliff top walk to Beer very enjoyable still very pretty.

On arrival,very warm welcome.We were shown round the cottage,very very impressed.Spotlessly clean,beautifully decorated.Everything provided from every kitchen appliance including all cleaning materials.Ironing board and iron,washing machine tablets and pegs.Clothes airer ,hairdryer.Very peaceful surroundings, outside Chairs & Table, extremely large garden and very friendly chickens,very vocal.Joy to see them free range! Mr & Mrs Clarke very helpful and friendly.Would Highly recommend this Holiday Retreat, a total pleasure to stay there.Will love to return in the future.
