Great product already getting complements and asking where I got the recliner.Customer service was outstanding the lady I dealt with was so good and helpful,best experience I ever had with a purchase.

I have been talking to Janice about a problem I had and she was very helpful and resolved the problems quickly. I love the chairs. This company is amazing.

Sometimes bad stuff happens no matter how many "ataboys" you have gotten. One ah chit moment can crash everything down, but when handled like Weilianda you come out looking pretty awesome. Everything went great until the moment I opened the box to my new chair. Oh no! wrong chair. Oh no! No left arm. Oh no! I dont see my phone holder. As if magical, my phone rings and Weilianda called to see how my delivery went. "Remember, its not her fault! so I laughed! Well, My arm kinda dangles off the side and its the wrong style. It IS comfy; sort of. She immediately called her superiors to handle this discrepancy. By the next day and several emails of questions, my new correct chair with all the proper pieces was sent. Today I sit in my new styling comfortable recliner typing this review using my new phone holder drinking a cup of coffee relaxing. You gotta get one of these! Probably the best fastest service I had from a company from start to finish....Ever. i'm 65. Thanks Weilianda Team I'm Still a happy customer!

Very happy with the products and customer service experience with this company. The chairs and sets are very comfortable and easy to set up. Had a slight mix-up with the 2 row and 3 row set not being delivered with a mounting bracket to connect the individual chairs. Reached out to Janice R. at customer service and she responded very quickly and got the mounting brackets ordered immediately and they arrived to me 2 or 3 days later. Definitely would come back to Weilianda for future furniture needs!

Everything from beginning to end, PERFECT !!!

I purchased two recliners from Weilianda. Both arrived very quickly. As I was unpacking the chairs, I noticed that no table trays were included. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about the missing tray. Within a couple of hours, I received a message asking me to check the console for the tray. Sure enough there it was! If anyone is concern about the Customer Service and the response time, don't be. I highly recommend this Company for the Craftsmanship & Customer Service.
