I had lost 25 pounds on a prior diet and an additional 6 pounds on tirzepetide. Although I have not lost a great amount of weight on this medication in the last 6 months I also have not gained the weight back and I have been very inactive due to a rotator cuff injury. I still have 6 months to go and hopefully now that I’ve started physical therapy for my shoulders I will be able to be more active.
