If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Bought a year in advance first three months were not enough to last the full three months. Last week and half of each months shot were shorted. Finished 3 weeks early and they were unresponsive. I asked for refills then they said I needed to pay an additional $99/month for higher dosages, which I was only asking so I wouldn’t run out again. Took 5 emails, 1 phone call and at least 8 refill requests for them to respond with I need to pay more money. They never addressed the shortage of dosages. The only thing they did quickly was refund my remaining 9 months. Maybe that deserves the 1 star.

Terrible customer service. Starting you small prescription, then wanting to to increase your payment by $99.00 per month. Paid for six months and only received (3). Can't get a response from anyone...

I purchased a year's worth of medicine, but only received three months without any complaints. When attempting to get my fourth refill, they surprised me with bill for $297! Now that I've requested a refund to Affirm, they won't respond to my emails and I've called twice requesting to speak to a manager, which has still not returned my calls.

All was great out of the gate. I signed for a year of treatment in February 2026. My GLP-1 was running low in mid March. I filled out refill requests (3 times now) with ZERO response. I called the provided customer service number only to be told my concerns would be passed on to the appropriate team member for refills. Still ZERO response! I paid almost 1k for a year of treatment and have only received about 6 weeks of treatment! I feel that this company is a scam. I have asked for a refund.....Crickets!! Do not waste your money or time with this company, it has atrocious customer service!

I am devastated. I have already paid for a year. Every time I request a refill I have to go 2 weeks without medication because they will not answer my emails. The yo-yo effect of going off and on the meds makes me feel bad and is not good for me.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Poor response time, even when timeliness of refills is paramount. There is a hidden "increased dosage" fee of $99 per month that starts the minute you hit 2.5mg, which is the starting dose of other platforms. I found nothing about the extra charges in the original sign up and payment process documents and there is ZERO information about it in their FAQS. I have requested a refund after my first Rx because I have a shot due in 2 days without any medication in spite of the fact that I've been trying (and paid the extra fee) to get for the last two weeks. I would highly recommend finding another company.

This company is horrifically disorganized. They are prescribing medication yet it takes more than a week to get a response to obtain the next prescription, leaving the patient (me) without a dose for at least a week. In fact, due to the storms in January, that prescription was delivered 2 weeks past my due date. Currently, I have been waiting more than a week for a response to my email, beyond the automated one… The medication may be inexpensive but is your health worth the gamble? Nightmarish “organization”.

I started purchasing from weightless RX in January. Everything was going good. Started out of the 2.5 dose. Finally made it up to the 10 mg lost a good bit of weight. My phone call was always answered by Caroline and as soon as I placed my 10 mg order for Via Scripts I can’t get in touch with anyone. It’s been a week now I’ve done missed a shot going on two weeks I’ve been sending a shot. They will not refund me my money. I paid the extra $50 for a consultation with the physician through the app that I wasn’t supposed to pay for if not refunded that back so I am disputing the charges with my credit card. No one ever answers the phone. You will receive a text message back with ABC or D for you to input. This is the worst company I will never ever ever break up mend them to anyone. I don’t understand how you start off good and then go straight to bad. this is a scam. I don’t know if they’ve been sold out as soon as I get my money back. I will be going with the more reputable company that I’ve done research on. Please be aware of weightless RX. It is a scam. Do not order from them do not you will never receive your product or get money refunded to your card total scam they should be ashamed of their self.
