I have been very happy with weightrx. I paid an upfront fee that averaged out to under$100 a month. Refills have been easy to get and I have had to pay $300 each time for the higher doses, but that still comes in at under $200 a month. The product is very effective. I have lost 40 pounds in 5 months with no side effects.

Customer service has stepped up and been helpful. Manuel was the best! He gets the job done. I will still say Manuel is great! HOWEVER Since August 13th I have been trying to get my product. I informed the customer support I was leaving for a month soon and needed it. They had me submit another $987? Which I did so I would be sure to get it before I leave. Yesterday from the doctor I received another stall tactic. I had already submitted 3 photos requested. Again they were delaying my shipment for same request. I read the reviews with low ratings and realized they were doing same thing to me. I have requested FULL refund. They will charge me $99 for consultation. I disputed the second charge with cc company and am accepting the $99 charge on first payment. I am DONE with them and I am out $99.00!
