I was a little apprehensive about starting but I am glad I did. Sign-up and delivery was easy, instructions clear and very minimal side effects (I take on Thursday evening in case I have any issues). I am down from 146 to now 132 in 3 months. The only downside is not being able to eat, I love to eat which is why I am here. I cannot recommend this enough and would truly suggest anyone who is not sure and stuck at a weight after trying all diets, exercise and gimmicks, this really works.
