I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was initially given a reasonable price and chose to pay for a full year in advance based on that agreement. However, after only three months, the pricing suddenly changed to an extremely inflated and unreasonable amount without proper justification. When I raised concerns, I was told I would receive a refund. I relied on that assurance and waited for three weeks without placing any additional orders, expecting the refund to be processed. During that time, I specifically held off on purchasing more product because I believed the refund was being handled. Unfortunately, after those three weeks, the supervisor reneged on the refund offer, claiming it had been a mistake and refusing to honor it. This sudden reversal was both frustrating and unfair, especially given that I had made decisions based on their original promise. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and transparency. The supervisor would not honor the initial commitment, refused to take responsibility for the misinformation, and would not allow the issue to be escalated further. Appetite is greatly diminished and food noise is gone. Very happy so far. Edit: Product is great, the customer service is terrible. I requested a refill almost a month ago. They wait a week to respond and advised higher dose is more money monthly. I can't get a direct response. I asked to keep same dose amount, and no response at all.

same problem as the rest of the 1 star reviews. got part of the product, and not the rest. no answers, no response. I paid thru Afterpay, and they were able to get my refund for the product I did not receive. I also made a BBB complaint. Bad service, and no weight loss.

I was told to keep the second bottle cold, but nowhere in the written instructions did it say do not freeze. Because of that, the medication became unusable. I contacted WeightRX before my two‑month date to request a replacement due to the unclear storage instructions. Since then, I have received no additional medication, no resolution, and no response to any of my follow‑up emails. I am now halfway through my third month with nothing from them. Because of this delay and lack of medication, I have now regained weight, which has caused concern during my recent medical check‑in. My doctor was alarmed by the reversal in progress — something that would not have happened had WeightRX fulfilled what I paid for. When they did reply once, they told me I would need to pay an additional “higher dose fee,” even though the higher doses were already included in my original purchase. I even offered a compromise: if they would replace the higher‑dose medication for this last month, I would pay the fee going forward. They ignored that as well. Reading other 1‑star reviews, it’s clear that many customers are experiencing the same issues: no communication, no follow‑through, and no support when medication becomes unusable due to unclear instructions. At this point, I am requesting either: fulfillment of the original agreement, a replacement for the unusable medication, or a refund for the portion of the order not delivered as described. I will update this review if WeightRX resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

Can never speak to a representative have called over 5 times, no response. Have left email messages no responce. Turned them into the credit card company finally because I could never get a hold of anyone. I requested my money back.

Scam! Scam! Scam !!!! On 4/4/26 I ordered Tirzepatide for $997 and within minutes it was charged to my card ,4/22/26 and I'm still waiting for product. I called on 4/20 a.she said they would get back to me ASAP 4/22 still waiting. I called the number NY and there is also a Flo.number. Do your homework stay away from Weight Rx SCAM !!!

I have been emailing with them with no response for over a month. I tried to get 2nd month of meds and they wanted extra money. I said no and I want my money back. Now over 1 month later I have no meds, no one answering my emails, no refund. I thought meds would be sent automatically. They were not and I don’t see why that isn’t a given. I’m wondering if they are out of business. I wasted over $1000. Save your money and get these meds elsewhere

I paid for an entire year in advance. Getting started was difficult, and when I finally received my first three vials, each one was only about 2/3 of a month's supply. I have been requesting refills for three weeks, but received no response. I emailed customer service a few times, but got no response. I have called Weight Rx and the pharmacy that filled the initial prescription, but have received no response. Finally, I emailed the pharmacy that sent my first doses, and the email came back as undeliverable, saying the domain does not exist.
