It was a rough start, as the pharmacy they used shut down. It took many emails and canceling my payment for an agent to reply. BUT, once we got on the same page, my meds arrived quickly, and my experience has been ok. Only issue I have is the delayed responses from the care team. Overall, I'm satisfied. My only suggestion is always copy yourself on the emails you send them to show a paper trail in case you need to dispute.

I just received my month 2 refill after submitting a request on the portal. It took a bit for a response but it was around the holidays so I figured there could be some delay or short staffed. My prescription was sent to pharmacy on a Friday. I figured it would be 3-5 days with the weekend & New Years holiday coming up. Surprisingly, it was sent from pharmacy Fed Ex Overnight & I received by Sunday. I was quite impressed!

I like price of the medication as well as the customer service but I think Weight Rx needs to do better when it comes to notifying patients of when they will recieve their refills!

I had a great experience with WeightRx. I actually went through Groupon so I got an amazing deal to begin with. The only thing I would have to complain about would be the actual semaglutide shots I took. The side effects from those gave me severe constipation and migraines. That wasn't something WeightRx could control. I would recommend this company to anyone.
