I got a year prescription for myself and my Husband. They sent me 3 vials and sent my husband 1. I went out to their portal and requested a refill. Crickets. Sent email requesting update. I received a computer generated email claiming they would respond in a couple hours. That was 4 days ago. They have screwed me out of $1800.00. I have lost 40 lbs since November 25 and Im so afraid I will gain it all back as I can't afford another companies program.

Updated….. they changed the terms of my purchase after the fact, and now want to change me more for something I have already paid for. Do not recommend.

Please do not waste your money after paying $997. I was sent three vials. The agreement was a years worth of Tirzepitide and I received 3 months worth. I tried several attempts to contact the company and their phone lines never worked. I disputed with the bank that I bought the medicine through and they are saying they owe me nothing.Please beware and don’t make this mistake.

LIES LIES and more LIES... they do NOT abide by what you pay for. No monthly communications. No instant refills. Additional costs for meds aside from the annual $979... GO ANYWHERE ELSE but DO NOT USE WeightRx... Hopefully my contact with the TN Board of Pharmacy, the secretary of state and every legitimate rating platform will show people how deceptive WRX is.

I paid Weight RX thru Affirm the amount $997 for tirzapetide on December 2025. I got a message in February 2026 that medication was sent. I never received the medication. Fedex sent me a note that the medication was dropped with a picture where the medicine was dropped. I called Fedex right away and told them that the package was not received but by looking at the picture was sent to the wrong house. I was advised to contact WeightRX and asked them to contact them and start a claim. I email them right away. I got a message few weeks later that they sent another prescription to another pharmacy. I didnt receive anything so I decided to cancel the orders. Finally at the end of March I received an order, but by then I was done with them for poor customer service. I received a note from them that I had to paid another $299 for the remaining of my orders. I contact them back that I was waiting for my refund. They sent me back that they were going to send me a credit for $579 I went back and told them that I only received one medication and I need it to get reimburse for the medication I never received. this was in April/May. As of today, I am still waiting for a response, mind you I sent 2 other messages asking for my refund. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service. They brake contracts contracts. Unable to contact them and talk to a real person.

I purchased a year's worth of TLP weight loss meds and was sent a vial of meds with little explanation about the timing of the next shipments. The recommended amount didn't work so I kept upping it every week. It NEVER WORKED. So I contacted the company via email and portal. After some time, I finally was able to reach the doctor and after even longer was finally able to reach an admin. Mind you it's now May'26 and I started in Feb'26. I have ONLY received 1 vial. I kept contacting them over and over to A) find out why the meds didn't work and B) try to FIX the problem. The doctor basically threw up his hands and said, "I'm just the doctor, I don't know what to tell you... contact the company". The company said, "We only ship once every 3 months" and that since it's over 30 days, there's no refunds!!! I still was only shipped the 1 vial and paid for a whole year. The 'customer service' guy seemed resentful and not at all worried about taking care of his customers. I 100% would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.

Answer me! I'm trying to get a refill and no response! Is that how you treat a customer? It's always hard to get a refill! I paid for a year and now I pay 99.00 for a refill for a higher dose per month! I am currently at 10 mg. I need to go up! It's finally starting to work.

Then, after emailing multiple times & calling, I finally received this email: 'As part of your $997 annual plan, the $99 higher-dose fees were waived for the first three months. You are now entering the next phase, which will be included in your upcoming shipment. Please note that any dose higher than 5 mg incurs a $99 per month fee. Over the next three months, you may choose to titrate up to 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg, or remain at 5 mg for all three months without any additional cost. The total higher-dose fee for the next shipment is $297. These higher-dose fees are separate from your original plan payment. Even at higher doses, this structure keeps your average cost at approximately $157 per month. Once your payment is confirmed, we will submit your request to the doctor for approval and schedule your next shipment. Please let us know how you would like to proceed or if you have any questions about your plan or dosing options. I’m happy to assist further' Needless to say, I am NOT happy. Best priced GLP-1s out there. Quick service- delivery was fast & efficient. I didn't realize that I had to manually reorder- worried that my next shipment is going to be late because of that- but other than that, a great experience.
