The trade practices are very deceptive. The customer support is either crickets or so monotone that you might as well be conversing with a wall! I was not a good candidate. The product left me hanging over the toilet sick. So very disappointed. Requested a refund and was promptly provided a reminder of the 30 day on a 12 mo. Plan. I appealed extenuating circumstances. The answer was no. I submitted a dispute which unfortunately found in favor of WeightRx. When I just said send me everything I have paid for at once and I was done with them; I’m told my account had been suspended because of the dispute and it would be $99 to reinstate! So….what I’ve already paid for is being held hostage! LUDICROUS! DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP….Get everything in print before you accept anything!!

I am very frustrated with WeightRX in a whole, I feel the resolution of my issue was not completed. I have never mistrusted a company as much as I do today. I no longer want anything to do with your company. You rip off your members, you lie. This is how you get rich, preying on the desperate. Shame on you!

The meds seem to work but the problem is the price change after the 3rd month. WeightRX is responding to complaints to the Better Business Bureau, that customers have to check a box saying they agree to pay an increase for titration on month 4. The wording is where they bait you in. Their site upon signing up, says exactly this: "Optional higher doses - $99/month." Herein lies the deception. Signing up for a year is $87/month. So their statement of $99/mo is deceptive because it does not use the correct verbiage, in which it should state "In addition to the "87/month fee, Optional higher doses - ARE AN ADDITIONAL $99/month." Their lack of using correct verbiage leads the purchaser to believe they are only going to have to pay $12/mo additionally for higher doses. Then they tell the BBB they require the customer check a box twice before purchase. This is not correct. I print screened and nowhere does the customer check a box agreeing. The only box is already selected for you and it states the $99/mo cost for titration. Then to add insult to injury, when you go online to request a refill for month 4, they make it look like you have submitted for a refill and they then ask you to go to TrustPilot and write a review and they offer you $10. They ask you to forward them a copy of your review to their support email. No refill comes. You submit another request and then and only then, after your positive review and a new refill request, will they respond telling you it's $297 in addition to what you have already paid, if you want three more months. Here I'm expecting a titration fee of $36 - not $297. This is all too sketchy and I advise against using this company for weight loss products. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Do not trust this company. If you buy a 6 months or 12 month plan. You think you are locking the price. Think twice. They send you only 3 months first and then when you request the next delivery they tell you they have to charge you more. Which is not advertised when get the offer. This is a false advertisement. Don’t trust companies like this.

Beware!This company's advertising is very deceptive. When your dose increases above 5mg, they will charge an additional $99 more in addition to the amount you prepaid which is $83 +$99 so that $182 per month. I am very disappointed I was scammed. Their site does not spell it out that they will increase your dose at the tune of $99 a month. It would have more acceptable if it were 99 per shipment and that it was disclosed. They don't provide reliable web support and it takes a while for them to respond forget about someone returning a call. There are better companies out there that are not so deceptive. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Very disappointed I feel scammed.

WeightRx is just another ripoff company. They advertise that any dose of their GLP1 is the same price. It’s not I started and paid up front for a year of GLP1 with WeightRx but the low 2.5 was just not working. So I asked for a higher dose and WeightRx tried to charge me another $1000. They said it was because I was starting a new plan with a higher dose I had to pay for another plan. I told my bank not to allow WeightRx to charge me another $1000. I told WeightRx just complete the yearly plan I already paid for. Now WeightRx wants to charge me another start up fee of $100 I told them I already have a plan I already paid for, just keep sending me my normal dose on my first plan. WeightRx does not stay on time with their shipment of your medication it took me two weeks to get another dose. This has happened twice. WeightRx advertises that they do not charge you for a higher dose ALL LIEs. So now WeightRx dose not want to send me any more medication unless I pay the $100 start up fee. Don’t use this company you will only have a hard time with them instead use Walmart or your doctor to get the medication. WeightRx SUCKS

Don't Do it. They will take your money and not respond to your emails or refill requests. Prepaid $1000.00 for the year and every 3 months it has been a 2-3 week hassle to get a refill and they want more money. But this time there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!

Do not trust this company and do NOT for any reason prepay more than a months worth of medication. Once they have your money you are at their mercy. They do not have a customer support line or team. Emails and phone messages will go unanswered for weeks or months and doctors are powerless to help you. I started over a year ago and mistakenly prepaid 2 years of medication for which i only ever received 3 months. Biggest regret and waste of money ive ever had. Also it is very obvious most of their reviews are fake or done by bots.
