Initial intact was slightly involved but clear on directions. I paid 1 year initially but after 3 months the increase dose cost an additional almost 100 a month. This was unclear and not very upfront. When attempting to refill my medication for the first time, I sent over 3 different messages within a 2+ week period and ended up having yo call to connect with someone about my refill. Medication comes quickly through the mail. Wait loss has been a little slow compared to others, but it is coming off. Roughly half way to my goal of 55 to 60 lb weight loss and I am beginning my 5th month.

It took too long to get a refill

The medication has worked great and the doctor was easy to work with but they do a bit of bait and switch. I paid the full year and when my dose went to 7.5 they charged me $280 more!! So I would say the deceptive marketing was a major turn off but I’m committed to their program for one year.

The compounded Tirzepatide is working well. Since I started it about a year ago (starting with another expensive provider) I have lost 85 lbs or 32% of my original weight. However, the payment is NOT as it had been represented to me when I first signed up. I signed up for a full year at a flat rate. Then, after the first 3-month supply came and I needed to order the second 3-month supply, there was an "additional charge" of $99 per month. That's almost $300 MORE just to get what I had already paid for. I felt I had to pay it, as WeightRx already was holding almost $1,000 of MY money. So it was either lose the remainder of that money, or pay MORE so I didn't lose what I'd already paid. I will NOT be renewing with WeightRx after this.

I would like to have more info on my medication. Took me a while to hear back from WeightRx . I have stalled in my weight loss but when I asked if I should increase all they said it was going to cost me more money. So now I’m scared to increase due to already paying over $900 the increase is not not something I’m comfortable with. So I’ve paid that money and having to stay only on .5 ml but it is not doing anything .

Side effects have been different throughout. Most side effects have been manageable. I’ve experienced severe diarrhea, excessive gas, excessive burping, and constipation. It’s not consistent. With a three month supply, the third month’s vial didn’t have the correct dosage amount so I wasn’t able to take the required injection amount for the 3rd dose and won’t have any for the 4th dose.

I like my meds they work. I am disappointed in the customer service, it should be quicker. I have had some difficulties with them getting back to me.
