Currently having an issue
Currently having an issue, bought the Groupon, went to the site, paid additional $130 for overnight shipping x2 months and $29 expedite fee, supposed 2 week wait, stupid me did it. Crickets from Weight Rx since then. Absolutely unacceptable. I have sent 2 emails requesting a full refund $159 plus Groupon. Still Crickets, tomorrow is Monday and I will be reporting & outing them to every avenue I can.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! Beware this is a SCAM! I requested to cancel after speaking with the "Doctor" as something didn't feel right! I tried calling the fake number they provided and it went straight to voice messaging service but they reply back via text. I told them to cancel I did not want to move forward!! the cat and mouse game continued via text. Then received a text about charging my card and sending medicine. I replied yet again to cancel and received bs reply. I definitely will be contacting the BBB for this fraudulent scam likely company!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NO ONE WILL…
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND ONCE YOU PAY THEM. They were very responsive answering question UNTIL they got payment from me then absolutely zero response. I paid for same day appointment and over night delivers total $160, and have yet to get a response or appt or anything! It's been 5 days!!! I have emailed them multiple times, there's no phone number and contacted the better business breau. Do not give this company your money SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would! this place is a scam! they took my money and never sent the prescription. I was told I would receive a refund and now they wont respond to me and has not given me a refund. They dont answer calls and will only communicate through text. I will be calling BBB and reporting!

Horrible customer service
Hi there !! I found your company online and was excited to try. I went through Al the steps and booked and paid for the intake appointment and made the payment for the medication. Everyone was so helpful and quick to answer until after the money was received, now I can’t get in touch with anyone. It’s been days and I still haven’t received an email/call/text or my medication. I would like a refund! And I would suggest to everyone out there do not use this company!!

This company is fraudulent piece of nothing! I wouldn't recommend, and they're just taking your money! I paid for the 3 months for 300 plus dollarsand I was told that I'd get a confirmation email, never got it! I sent two emails to customer service, I still haven't gotten any response. I tried called the number, and all they were trying to do was sell me this medical device, and the person wouldn't let me do anything else. This is a scam.
