Ella has come to my rescue before and I knew I had help that I could depend on. I had issues with refills of my medication the first time. After filling out refill requests several different times with no results Ella responded to me, called me and we spoke about my difficulties and she took over. In a few hours she had taken care of everything and my meds were on the way the next day. Last week I had gone through all the refill steps. I received a bill because I had requested a higher dose. At this time I didn't want to pay more for my medication and I responded that I didn't want to pay more and that all remaining shipments should be at the lower level. I had submitted the responses last week but by today I still had not heard anything. I didn't want my shots being interrupted because I am doing well. I texted Ella and told her my issue. In a very short period of time I received a message from my physician and a text from Ella telling me everything was taken care of and my medication would be sent.
