Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I've been a client for many years. I had some questions regarding the order I wanted to place. My customer service representative, Joey, was very informative and patient with my questions. I will continue to order from WeGotLites in the future and recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

If shopping for lights you should definitely consider We Got Lites! They truly exemplify "Customer Service" and the customer service agents are so very helpful. Nicole patiently handled my order and was able to answer all my questions. It is great to find that GREAT Customer Service still exists and would highly recommend this company. Thanks Nicole!!

WeGotLites goes above and beyond! I recently purchased a beautiful crystal chandelier that went bad after only a few months. I contacted WeGotLites and immediately received a response. Michael in customer service was able to handle my claim and work with the manufacturer to get me a replacement chandelier right away. Michael kept me informed every step of the way throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service from this company. It is definitely nice to call a number directly, and speak with someone in the US. I highly recommend this company to others and would like to thank Michael for his quick responses and excellent customer service! I will definitely be ordering from WeGotLites again!

This is my second experience with WeGotLites. Both times customer service has been excellent. They kept me updated on my order from the point of sale to my delivery. Follow up on customer satisfaction is a rarity these days but Nicole made sure everything was taken care of and this stood out to me. I will definitely do business with WeGotLites in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic customer service! The team at Wetgotlies responded very quickly to my email regarding my recently delivered product and helped me resolve the issue right away. They contacted me directly via phone and then called me back to let me know that a replacement product was on it's way! Thanks Nicole and everyone at Wegotlites! I will definitely purchase from you again:)
