Don’t use this company. Terrible return policy and customer service. I ordered 2 counterstools and they were too big for my space. The said I could return them at my expense only by FedEx or ups. I went to the 2 stores and the shipping cost was 450- each chair. That was almost as much as the cost of the chair. So I wrote them and asked for a return label because they obviously didn’t pay that kind of price to send them to me and then they could take the shipping cost off my return. They said the wouldn’t do that. So basically they really were trying to prevent me from getting my money back. I’m pretty unhappy with the way they do business

Ordered an office chair at what seemed like an excellent price. After about two weeks, I received a phone call stating that the chair they had in their warehouse was damaged. They could have the manufacturer drop-ship it to me, but they would have to charge me the price difference, which was another $100+. Needless to say, I canceled the order. Total bait and switch.

Buy from anywhere else. Their shipping window is ridiculously long and my order shipped late and then they expected me to pay for return shipping. I bought the same light from another online vendor and had it in a couple of days.

Terrible, shady business. The light fixture I ordered was never delivered. They ignored my emails and wouldn't send a replacement. I disputed the charge. My credit card company sided with me. Then two months later, WEGOTLITES charged me again! They ignored my emails again.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE!!!!! I ordered a light fixture, and they sent me the wrong one. Then apparently the light fixture they sent me was not in their stock so they were confused why I got it. I don't know why I got it either. After 5 days of sending photos back and forth for proof then finally sent me a prepaid label. Oh but the light fixture I ordered was no longer in stock. I ordered an open box fixture, but I could get the exact some for $110 more!!! HORRIBLE service.

I have seen an ad from 'AdChoices'' pop up on eBay for four days. It says 95% off item 9784BK. But WegotLites will not honor their coupon. I have talked to the company until I am "blue in the face". Someone in the company placed this ad but they will not let me talked to the person. All I am asking them is to honor my order. I can't send a picture because I have an older desktop and can't take pictures with it. They might be a great company? I did find the ad picture within a story at the New York Times and have email the picture to them. Have not heard anything.

This website looks great and sounds great until you get your shipment and it is the wrong lite! Be Aware customer that if you recieve a wrong shipment or are not satisfied with your merchandice you are in a very bad position and most likely stuck with the product you received! They have a $25 restocking fee per item! Then have the urge to tell you that you have to pay shipping and handling in order to send it back seems cheap huh well not if you live in Western United States I tried UPS $72 and Fedex $57 not so cheap now is it! Oh and they dont let you ship with USPS! Another thing if you pay for instance like me $235 for my lites since I qualified for free shipping the decide to deduct that from crediting you if you return the lites so I only got credited $212 such B.S. never doung business with this company ever again!!!

bought lab light for my mother who has immaculate degeneration hoping that this would help her eye sight, it didn't, so when i tried to return it i couldn't because of a very short 7 day return policy. Still have the light, brand new and boxed with no use for it. Thanks for you compassion We Got Lights.
