Shipping was relatively slow, though it arrived within 2 weeks. That said, there were no updates between purchase and shipment, which had me pretty nervous and wishing I had spent a little more money and ordered elsewhere. Also, the light was missing a piece. I was able to make it work because I was in the middle of installing it when I figured it out (my bad for not checking first) and I really didn’t have much choice. Their prices are low and shipping was free, not sure I would use them again though.

I bought 2 Aladdin chandelier hoist from We Got Lights. When purchased they were advertised as free shipping, but I was charged $39.00 each. I called and the response was FEDEX GRND won’t deliver without a charge, sounds like false advertisement to me. They still advertise that way. One of the units was not wired correctly from the factory in two areas. The result was a circuit breaker trip and it blew out the three way X-10 modules on that circuit. I had to replace the modules which cost me an extra $37.00. My electrician and I were not happy with the extra time, money and aggravation that it cost.
