We went to wegmans for the 1st time a few weeks ago....They have a very large store with a lot of interesting /fresh products...The bakery was very large with an excellent keylime pie...along with many other choices...The seafood dept had a lot of choices but prices seemed very high ....We decided to have a late lunch since they have quite a few food dininng options...We got the premade sandwich which was very good..However they had an open buffet .Which we tried .we had their lo main noodles and general chou chicken which seemed that they were sitting for to long..I had a thai dumplimg which was ok but we had their fried peppert im not surefish which was terrible like a rock....Since we were in a hurry to get home i didnt make a complaint until the next day..I spoke to the mgr/customer service and told her about the lomain noodles and general chou chicken which seemed to be sitting for to long..But the main problem was the pepper fried fish which was like a rock ..She told me she would let the food dept know about the food sitting to long..She didnt seem to care or make an offer to make this right..They are a new store and yet the mgr doesnt know how to treat the customer...I would say the employees besides the mgr seemed very nice !But im not sure when my next visit will be to wegmans !!!

Customer service has tank! After 40 years of being a customer I'm about to leave! I have 7 case numbers with on-line order not going through!. It has to go over to tech department to clear am told due to new system. That's no way true! It's a horrible system and I believe because of merger with instacart. Camillus, NY. This was a top rated store at one time. I just went there to get a few things. Its 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. They had strawberries on sale. THERE WERE NONE. They were out of 80/20 burger but the senior man that was working there told me to buy it in 1 lb packages.. for more money. NO! There were 6 heads of lettuce in the entire store. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH CAMILLUS!

I just bought a ham and cheese large sub to be very honest the ham was tasteless and the cheese was very sparse The ham was over.proccesed etc.The price ridiculous They went to solid metal guards where the fixings are kept tjat in its self raises a question mark ..why hide what you are making the subs with.Wegmans used to be a great supermarket but over the last few years their quality has definitely suffered and the prices ridiculous lousy. Wegmans brands are no better than Walmart but at least Walmart are honest inbtheir branding and quality. Example in the pre-made foods is 6 small scoops of potatoes for 10$ is just an kma take it or leave it attitude.Aldi is my go to for certain items with great quality and decent service.Wegmandoesnt care about it's custimers anymore. Bob would be ashamed of what his company has become. Corporate money grabbing run of the mill

I usually buy my produce at Wegmans because it has generally been a decent quality but lately it’s been going downhill culminating with the purchase of these mushrooms on Friday and on Saturday, they are brown and mottled and slimy. If it didn’t cost more in gas for me to take them back then the price of the mushrooms I would definitely return them. I also purchased strawberries that were moldy the next day.I’m going to think twice about buying produce from Wegmans anymore.

I don't go there anymore accept for organic items I can't find anywhere else. This time it was organic whole berry cranberry sauce. Two cans. The stuff was garbage! So runny and sweet it was like sugar soup. Ruined thanksgiving plates! Never again.

Wegmans products went wrong! Wegmans use to sell a lot of different brands before but they’re promoting their own and it’s not that great. And they use to sell organic rotisserie chicken but now it’s all conventional! Same with the salmon… I could choose from organic wild caught to now it’s all farm raised! I trust Wholefoods Market more vs Wegmans. Bye bye. It’s started in 2023 and now in 2024 it’s progressively getting worse

Wegmans has probably some of the best produce of all the local stores however the prices are unbearable high and they force feed their brand by pricing national brands out of reach. We used to do 90 to 95% of our shopping their. It's well below 10% now.
