Our dog had been eating Honest Kitchen whole grain dehydrated food for the first seven years of his life. We loved the brand — human grade food, good protein content, and his teeth have always been clean and his fur is so soft. At one point he got bored with his food and just didn’t seem excited even switching to different flavors. We decided to make the switch. We didn’t think we would see much physical benefit from switching since he is already really healthy. Well, the initial switch was rough — we had to get a slow feeder bowl because our dog was woofing it down and unable to keep it down the first week or so, but he quickly adjusted and settled into the new routine. About two weeks later, we noticed his fur was even softer, if that was even possible, and his energy was way up, and his ears — which had never been infected or dirty, but had some wax build up — were all of a sudden squeaky clean. We are really impressed with the switch to raw, and our experience with We Feeder Raw has been great and the customer service has been prompt and super helpful.

We Feed Raw’s customer service is outstanding. Within the first few days of switching our pup over to their food, they emailed to see how he was adjusting. They gave us tips on how we could help him and said we could reach out with any concerns/questions. At one point, I also received a lengthy voicemail from them regarding my concern about our pup not wanting to eat this new food. Over the last few months, I have texted with their customer service about different things and always receive prompt responses. We also appreciate the reminder email we get a week before our order ships in case we need to change the frequency, flavors or delay shipment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! They were very helpful during our transition into raw food.

My pup has been on raw for over a year, it has been the one constant he hasn’t turned down, he is at the perfect weight, active and happy. I have no complaints with anything raw. We will continue his plan.

You seriously saved my dog. He’s 12. A black lab. And HE STOPPED eating! A friend gave me a frozen pack of your duck and my sweet old man had never skipped a meal again. He’s getting around better and even his coat looks fantastic. His breath still smells, but he’s 12😂. He’s also never again had bloody poops or diarrhea. I’ve recommended you to so many pet lovers. My dogs all LOVE their food now! The customer service is outstanding and they always return my emails or txts very quickly and always answer my questions!! Since I am feeding 3 large dogs ranging from 85 to 155 pounds I just wish that there was an option for larger packaging other than the 16oz portions.... We are making it work but it would help ration the portions better since my dogs eat a lot more! Thanks for providing a great food for my fur babies!!
