Great customer service and handled the issue I had immediately. Reliable shipping and a great product. I used to use another company and my dog lost interest in his food. A friend gave me some We Feed Raw to try with my guy and he is so excited about meals again! He’s not even picky so it says something about the quality of the previous company and changes to the product they produced.

I'm a returning customer and am very happy with the product. Roxy is very picky and I love that I can mix the proteins in her meal plan so she doesn't have to eat the same thing day after day and they are individually packaged for the day. Wish they would choose a new shipper, as FedEx is horrible. Support team has been great at quickly shipping replacement packages due to non-delivery. ( FedEx has lost 3) Website is easy enough that I can navigate, response time is quick, and food is loved by Roxy. A bit pricey, which I attribute to shipper wasting food. I hate wasting food and $ so I quit ordering for a while. I will try one more delivery to see how it goes but nothing's worse than a box of rotten meat showing up after 2 weeks of sitting in trucks. When delivery is smooth... Great product!

My blueheeler enjoys the tasty raw meats you offer and I enjoy the convenience of thawing and opening the package to feed him.
