Hi Julianna, thank you so much for taking the time to offer your feedback. We are always looking to improve our customer experience. As far as the packaging, these are cold-pressed to ensure a safe product and they need to be in their original sealed packaging during this process for it to be most effective. We hope that makes sense as to why we don't currently offer a peeling function but certainly understand the desire. The trial box (1st shipment) contains less food than the full box along with a first-time discount associated with the first box that isn't included on subsequent full boxes. We generally recommend that if your pup is already adjusted to a raw diet and you will not be doing the introductory transition period, we can move the next shipment sooner. Hi there, we're glad to hear that your pup is loving WFR but sorry to hear that you did not receive enough food to last until your next shipment. Was this during your trial box by chance? There is less food in these boxes to account for the 10 day transition but each subsequent box should last until your next box arrives. If this is not the case, can you please email [email protected]? We'd love to ensure your subscription fits your pup's needs.

Hi Thil — thank you so much for your honest review & for the feedback on our recipes. Our beef, chicken, and turkey are all single-protein recipes. We do use beef ingredients in the lamb and venison, but the main ingredient in the lamb recipe is lamb and the main ingredient in the venison recipe is venison.
