They are very responsive! I frequently need to email and always get great customer service. I would like to see them rework their website and make it easier to break up requests when try to order what I want that’s not part of my plan.

Great product; the pups have flourished on this diet. Teeth, coat are amazing and tummy issues are gone. Customer service has been great when I had questions about portions, allergies, and fat content. I've not had any issues with deliveries. All my deliveries have been on time and in perfect condition.

My dogs have been loving their new raw diet. Their coats are nice and shiny, their teeth are cleaner, and I don’t have any half eaten bowls left. My shepherd puppy is growing like a weed and my older pittie mix is losing some weight and playing like a puppy again. I loveeee having it delivered to my door.

I have border collies, who are picky eaters and very active dogs. Since they have been eating raw food, they are excited about dinner time and are thriving. They have tons of energy, normal stools, and shiny coats. The company is very easy to work with online and on the phone.
