My dogs have never been more excited for their raw food, including my senior dog whose first loves were French fries and bread (and hated anything fresh). I won’t go back to kibble knowing they love their raw meals. However, I’ve experienced several things over the last year that I’ve been with WFR that perhaps may be unique to me: packs will come ripped/shredded at the seams (we’ve had to bin several over the months because they’ve been exposed to air) and generally look roughed up, packaging changed without notice and it’s harder to identify which meat is which, my lady dog STRUGGLED with constipation since switching to raw so consider a fiber supplement (we do a little bran wheat with her food now) if your dog may be similar, I haven’t noticed any difference in skin/coat/overall health. My dogs love the raw meat so I won’t be switching but this has been my experience. I would recommend to start here and then perhaps if you’re able to, feeding them raw on your own.

Besides it being extremely expensive, the amount of food that is recommended to me based of dog and weight doesn't add up for all my dogs. my 60 lb shepherd does eat your "recommended" amount, so does my 15 lb dog, but my 8 lb dog doesn't eat half of the recommended amount so I find myself postponing orders longer out because of the amount of food that is still left that lasts a lot longer. I dont always check e mail so id request sending a text like you guys do for other things. with the price that it is, it doesn't clean my account up plus I dont always have freezer space to add more. Other than that, my dogs only shed twice a year as they should, they poop less and smaller amounts, and when feeding this, my grass has stopped having yellow spots so right there, it does tell me this food is much better and not poison.

I love the recipes. They are clean and give my animals all the ingredients that my dogs need to have a healthy and well balanced diet. What I don't love is that they can't portion it for my dog. We switched from Farmers Dog where they would print the name of my pup on the package and it was always packaged to their exact portion. I would love to see that happen in the future. We've also had shipping issues a couple of times but the team was able to resolve it so I do appreciate that. I like the texting customer service feature. Overall we are happy with the change and we love the food!

My box was shipped on June 30 and I received on July 2. It was already starting to thaw. I think it needs to be shipped priority. When I used the farmers dog it always came the next day and was always frozen.

Great food and my dog loves it. I would give a higher grade (5 Stars), but we have multiple issues with delivery. It appears that the delivery drivers do not read drop off instructions. When this happens is multiple text back and fourth to arrange a re-delivery.

I was a little disappointed that the lamb and duck mix does not include lamb or duck organs. They use cheaper ones like beef and turkey instead. For how much it costs I was not impressed by this.

The product is great - no complaints. The sign-up and explanation of amounts (particularly for a puppy and using the transition week math) is overly confusing and felt like a bait and switch (I ended up paying twice as much per week as I thought I would. I asked multiple times during the trial if I was getting / feeding the right amount based on my preferences, breed, age and size - and was told absolutely. Then two weeks into the plan I had concerns about the # of calories and was told actually I should be feeding her about double what the plan “calculated”. Very annoying and disappointing as now I’m spending double what I budgeted.

I didn't use the starter in your survey there isn't a place that you can say i didn't use it. I fed the puppies they both liked it ate it all mixed it with Royal Cannon puppy food I'm not able to afford 80 per week for two at 40 dollars a piece.
