My dog Bella absolutely loves this food. Customer service is outstanding - they respond very quickly to all questions either by email or phone. They missed a star only because of the packaging. I’ve never had issues until they started a new way of packaging as well as a new shipper. The packaging in my last two shipments had leaks as the food defrosted - not just water as it defrosted, but blood from the raw food. Kinda messy in the fridge, but I got over it and just made sure to place something underneath the food as it thawed. Customer service advised that the food is safe and not exposed to the environment, but the extremely cold temperatures created by the dry ice during shipping along with the movement during transit may occasionally cause the plastic to become brittle and create tears. At first to me it sounded like toro caca (LOL), but I guess it can and has happened. Plus Bella hasn’t been sick. In fact, she’s crazier than ever. I think that maybe they should go back to their old way of packaging the raw food. Anyway that’s my long story and thanks for reading if you made it this far.

The food actually showed up still frozen not like last time it was thawed and room temperature, I wouldn't feed it to my dog! I threw it away, much better this time

My dogs love the frozen raw food! My only complaint is that sometimes the packages leak and I find bloody fluid all over my fridge shelf.

Overall we have had good experiences and our Bulldog loves the food, however the last two boxes have arrived completely thawed. While still cold it’s still a concern to refreeze.

The food is amazing and always has been! Quality is great and my dogs thrive on it. I am not totally pleased with the new shipping that just started about a month ago. When I open the box items look like they are just thrown in the box and twice I had packages of dog food opened. This was not my experience in the past.

I am very happy with the raw food products contents and shipping time frame. I have two large dogs and we receive a raw food delivery every other week. The problem that has developed with the last six deliveries is that there are now 6 to 8 defrosted portions. What I have noticed is that the dried ice has already evaporated. This did not happen before, the boxes always had some of the ice still in tack. I recommend that the packaging department should add more dried ice to each box. I want all of the frozen food that I have purchased to arrive frozen! Not partially frozen Please correct this problem. Sue Gillaspy

My dog loves the food but has a hard time having bowel movements. I almost think it needs more fiber in it.

She loves the food, I mean she is a great dog, never had a problem with her eating raw diet. Though she loves her new raw diet, she still seems hungry afterwards? She's still looking for the rest of her food? One time I added a chicken leg to the meal which seem to satisfy her. So I've had to go back and forth with homemade and your meal.
