Missing item issues -
Some of our order was mistakenly left out of the box, when I contacted WeFeedRaw, they were supposed to send missing item right away but when we got it, it was the wrong item so contacted them again and we finally got it, 3 weeks late. I wish we could also tell how many of each flavor we want instead of splitting the shipment equally.

Shilo and I have only been at this few…
Shilo and I have only been at this few days! However, she cleans the bowl 2x over!! Will keep you posted. However WE FEED RAW should know even though delivery said 5:12pm July 2nd that is NOT when order was delivered. I was on porch with Shilo at that time was disappointed order was not on time. Some where between then and 1:00pm next day found package at front door. Contents was Moist and starting to thaw. We'll see what happens next time

Ease of modifying receipes is great, package poor.
Ease of modifying receipes is great. Food variety is great. My dog loves this food. What's not so great is the packaging. My 32 16oz. packs arrive as if they were smashed together during the freezing process. It makes the packaging phase look sloppy and unprofessional. They arrive lop-sided and are very hard to stack neatly in my freezer as a result. Another complaint with the packaging is how hard it is to grab the corner pull tabs to open the packs. Try it with wet fingers...impossible. The tabs are too small to grip easily. To sum up: 5 stars for the product, 2-3 stars for the packaging...make it more uniform in freezing and easier to open!

Our patties are hand-formed -- this along with their added thickness can lead to small variations in shape, so they won’t always be uniform. We understand this may cause some frustrations when trying to stack a large quantity of patties in your freezer. Rest assured, we are actively working to make the patties more consistent in shape, so they're easier to stack and store in the freezer going forward. I love the pre packaged raw as it’s easy to use.
I love the pre packaged raw as it’s easy for me to use. I like that I can delay my order or change amounts my dogs get or even the meats sent. I love that my youngest boxer now looks like he filled out, I struggled on 50/50 dry food and dehydrated raw food. My older boxer also seems to have more energy and life in him again. Always wanting to play with his toys or chase the other one outside.

Great food but shipping is an issue
This really is a great food, but the shipping needs a little help in the summer months. As one of my orders arrived completely thawed although it was cool it still affects the consistency of the product. And for those of us with picky eaters this creates a problem.

Please look into shipping
When we first began I was extremely pleased with the product and presentation. The thawing dish was a nice bonus. My dog loves the food. The last two deliveries I received have been partially thawed. Not sure this is good for the product. Also, don't know if they were originally frozen this way - but they are not nice brick shapes but lopsided in the packages which also makes me wonder if they were thawed mid trip. The boxes have also arrived severely smashed. Enjoy your product but if it continues to arrive like this I may need to source other safer options for my dog.
