Plastic Found in Food
I love the concept of feeding fresh food to my furbabies. However, for the price point and the quality, it’s not that good. I found plastic inside the meat. The packaging is also very difficult to open as well.

Still Convenient, but Something Has Changed
It’s very convenient and deliveries are always on time. However, even though the recipe supposedly hasn’t changed, since the last packaging update the food seems to have lost consistency. My dog has definitely noticed, it doesn’t sit as well with him and his stools have worsened. We’re starting to consider other alternatives.

Hi Arthur, we're sorry to hear that but we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. The patties may look a little smoother or denser because of improvements to the freezing process. We now blast freeze the patties, which is an even safer process, but can give the patties a slightly different appearance and texture. The recipes are exactly the same, complete and balanced, formulated by our PhD Animal Nutritionist. The only small addition is Norwegian kelp, a natural source of antioxidants and trace minerals that support thyroid function, immunity, and overall health. No changes to meat ratios, nutrients, or supplements. The food was great
The food was great. But the new packaging has made all of it freezer burned and difficult to cut in half. The packages used to be evenly distributed. Hopefully you can correct the packaging issues as I much preferred the previous material. The food was fresher.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. You’re right that these patties can look a little different than our previous ones. We recently updated our process and are now blast freezing our patties much faster to lock in freshness. Because our food has a naturally high moisture content, that moisture can sometimes crystallize during freezing and show up as a light layer of ice along the surface or packaging. This is completely normal and not freezer burn or damage to the food. (Freezer burn happens when food is exposed to air and dries out over time.) Our patties are vacuum sealed to protect the meat and its natural juices, which prevents oxidation. Once thawed, the patties should look and smell as fresh as always. It seems something has changed with the…
It seems something has changed with the food since the package change. My dogs issues are coming back that your food had all but eliminated previously.

Honestly im little concerned on the…
Honestly im little concerned on the text ure and look of the meat in my last shippment the meat color is more gray than before and the meat actuallylooked like meat. Has something changed obviously something has! Concern cause I have a dog that pancreatitis! Love your product up until now!

The quality of the food is good, but...
The quality of the food is good, however, account the interface needs improvement. We have three dogs which mean three different profiles to manage. We travel often and ship to different addresses which has to be managed three separate times each time we do it. I feel like it should be easier.

the new peel open packaging is awful
the new peel open packaging is awful. the tab is too small to grab and when you finally do get a hold of it you can’t peel the package open because it’s so tight. i have to end up using scissors like the old packaging.
