I feed raw and was using a different company and it was a lot of work portioning out each meal for all my dogs. This takes all the work out. Just open the pre packaged food and plate it. 5 stars for that alone. But that is not all. The meals are complete, balanced, nutritious and vet approved. The customer service is second to none. Text on holidays or weekends and a real person responds. Changes made without me having to go find my account, try to remember my password and figure out how to change things. That is top tier service. That kind of customer service and the quality of the food keeps me coming back.

My toy Schnauzer waits for me to put her bowl down to eat! She is 11 and has boundless energy. Recently I needed to have my dog food shipped earlier. Customer service was able to get her food out that very day and to my house before we leave for vacation. This is what I call a 5-star company!! Thank you!

they were responsive via email when we had to pause our membership. our dog likes the food a lot. we will resume when we get back.

My dog loves this food and I love how easy it is to feed. I used the freeze dried. I got a family member to start this food and they are loving it as well!

Not only has this made our dogs lose weight (we feed broccoli cauliflower carrots and blue berries with it), but they have more energy and spark-even as old as these girls are. (10-14). I cannot say enough about the incredible responsiveness and the personal care that we recieve along the way! Please don’t sell out to the private equity firms-they will destroy the business…..

The quality of the company is great. Being able to change an order or whatever needs to be made they are willing to work with you. My dog loves the food. The new improved packaging is easier for my old hands to open.

I have a Frenchie and if you have one than you know their allergies. I switched it over to we feed raw and he has been thriving. I don't know why anybody would want to feed their dog kibble. We had tried all the other brands Farmer's dog and a couple others. Nothing compares to we feed raw. If you were on the fence about it don't hesitate just do it. Trust me
