Excellent customer service quality of food awesome

A well trusted company! Never had to deal with a recall like other company’s I have used. Great variety of different food. My Frenchie has a very sensitive stomach and we feed raw has changed that! He’s the perfect weight and never ever has an upset stomach.

It took my dog a while to get used to it, but I notice she seems to have a lot less stomach issues since she's been eating it. I still mix her food with some freeze dried chicken because she is a VERY picky shihtzu, but she seems to like it. Customer service is awesome and very responsive both times I had to reach out when I moved.

Initial order with discount from ad. I have two 4 year old littermate Shih Tzu's who are not good eaters and refuse to eat the same food. I have tried to date 8 different foods/brands ranging from Farmer's Dog down to Science Diet. Canned, dry, wet. We Feed Raw combination of raw and freeze dried seems to have won. They eat the raw food when plated immediately. Their stool volume is reduced. They appear to have equal to or greater energy than food previous brands. No upset stomachs when transitioning. Downfalls, they are not a fan of the poultry as much as the beef in the raw, freeze dried seems ok. Will try Lamb and Duck as well just to see. Secondly, I do have a small fear about bacteria if the food is left out too long, so I have wasted some food if they don't finish it within the hour. Overall, after 4 years, I think we have a winner.

So far, very excellent. Ask me the third shipment if the standard of delivery is excellent, still. BBPets was as well, but went down hill like a motocross stunt rider the second and horrific on the third. So I suffer a bit of PTSD and hesitance, but not because of WE Feed Raw. Our delivery was on time: two days in transit, with delivery day on the third as promised. Three bags dry ice for each of the two boxes were included, refrigerator packing foam boards were cold and doing their job, meat gloriously frozen in a nice, thick and sturdy cardboard box. They packed, anticipating delays and I so appreciate the effort!!! This company is super responsive to me and have checked on my dogs twice. Both dogs love this food!! Even my picky, picky min pin mix adores the beef, turkey and duck which is all options we ordered. No tummy upsets at all. I can’t be more satisfied. I will check in again and review consistence.

My Beagley boy, Scout, had a bout with cancer a couple years ago. We Feed Raw was the perfect diet for him, because we could make it keto - in addition to his medications. He’s now cancer free and I’m certain his raw food helped in his battle. If I had one complaint, it would be the new packaging. For someone with arthritis in both thumbs, it’s really hard to grasp that little tab and pull the packaging apart. Again, it’s a small and nitpicky thing, because I can cut the packaging open. It just adds a step and I have to wash the scissors. Definitely not the end of the world. And my Beagley loves the food, so it’s worth it to me.
