They changed the shape and say it's better but it's not. The flat packaging was so much better than this rectangular thick packaging. The glue you are using smells sour, I can smell it on my hands every time, and sure it's causing some sort of chemical contamination if i can smell it on my hands 100% of the time. And now they don't stack a neatly in my freezer like they use to. Now I get triangle shaped blocks, indented ones, etc. A triangle block slid out and hit my foot one time.

Packaging is terrible. Hard to pack into a freezer hard to cut open. I supplement so I use a whole one, but I’m assigned to only use a portion, that would be impossible to cut and pack as is. The old packaging was equally poor but the benefit was it was easier to store as it laid flat in a freezer, therefore defrosting more efficiently. I don’t know if this was done to keep the meat frozen longer during shipping but it seems like you’re passing the inconvenience onto the customer rather than shipping it better. Food is fine, dog likes it. If I don’t feed too much of it she is okay, if I fed her full on it, she’d get diarrhea. She was preciously fully raw fed DIY.

So far kinda okay, Bob seems to eat it ok but I’m still having to cook it and add other things to help them to eat it all. I do like the idea of easy preparation and feed. But so far I’d hope to see an improvement in their eating it. I’m going to continue with it. Hoping they’ll begin to eat it without having to heat it and add other things to entice them to eat it raw.

My dog was not able to eat the food over a long period of time. I think we were on it about 6 months. she had allergies that caused her to itch and they did not stop once I started with We Feed Raw like I was hoping and over time it got worse.It was the worst with lamb. I started with all the proteins and got down to just beef and duck. I could only feed her half of what was reccomended at the end and supplemented with other raw and cooked to go with it. I just recently discontinued service

My box arrived as promised. It was left outside the gate. Gate was not locked. I found it after 18:30 hours when I was taking my dog out for his evening walk. Box was heavy and was left outside blocking the gate. I had to push the gate open bring the box full od raw meat was outside where it is easy for people and wild animals to smell meat and eat it. Here in Green Valley Arizona we have coyotes, Bob cats, cougars and wild pigs. So, as I tried to push I couldn't, then I try to pick up the box , it opened and all the food was out. There was no dry ice. I have no idea how long the box was sitting outside the gate. This way of delivering to customer is unacceptable. This is disrespect for the food and customer. I have disability that makes lifting moderaweight is very painful. I was very angry and disappointed in this service. The compa you you used for delivering my box cards to k ow how their staff is delivering the packages.

I hate that if I have question etc. I can’t find a number anywhere, because of that my first problem I will probably find a new place.

Communication with the company is easy, friendly and the replies are quick. I agree that the food is high quality but very expensive. (I'm retired and on a fixed income.) Recently the packaging was said to be improved but I'm finding it worse than before. Sure it's marked and has a slight separation in one corner but I have to hold the package in one hand and use a pair of pliers with the other in order to pull the top off and still have to cut the remainder off using scissors. Also due to its new thicker size, each package is often smashed and mis-shapen so it no longer lays flat and stacks well in my freezer. Therefore the same amount ordered is taking up even more freezer space.

The last batch of food I received was mostly freezer burned. I wasn’t happy considering the cost and if it was healthy for my pup. I probably won’t be ordering more, unfortunately.
