If I could give this company zero stars I would - they are criminals. They wasted my time and took my money. Worst of all, I walked away without a functional website when I was working so hard to build my business. They even held the business url that I paid for hostage, demanding I sign a nondisclosure agreement so I could not share my poor experience.

Apparently my website has been blacklisted after using their services. I have had my website for 7 years with no problem. I used their service for one year and have had countless problems with my website and am now being told that my website is blacklisted and I need to start all over...........after being $700 in already, I am asked to pay again and rebuild another site. I will find another business to rebuild my website. I have lost complete faith and trust in them

Terrible company. Doesn't give refunds per their policy. Gives fake names if you try to reach them. Are not registered to do business in Washington State or the State of California. Will sell your information to third parties. DO NOT USE.

The website design not good as promised, the form on the website not even working properly. The whole process just so frustrating with the design, the project manager. Design of the website just terrible at the beginning, I asked for redesign but they did not do it. At the beginning, project manager Mike Wilson said I will have all access and total transfer of website. However at the end he asked for extra $300 for that, the form not working properly and he said I have to pay extra for that. This is such a scam. I end up hired someone on Fiverr and she did much better job in 4 days than this company did in 4 months

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience in the slightest. We are given timelines that have not been met and its been months. They go around and around in emails telling us to trust the process. Telling us that our images are ready but we have to wait until Monday. We started this in the summer and have nothing to show for it except multiple emails and lies. When they want your money they don't stop badgering and emailing and texting and calling. Once they get your money, you no longer matter. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! They've left us hanging in the wind. Wer'e a small business with families and limited funds and they have taken that from us. They have destroyed any chance of our business flourishing.
