Fantastic experience with Web Trade-In! I was looking to sell my iPhone 16 Pro Max with a broken screen, and they offered me top dollar compared with the other trade-in companies I checked. The entire process was incredibly fast and easy. I shipped my phone via UPS on Saturday, and by Wednesday I had already received my payment through Zelle. No hassle, no unnecessary delays, and everything went exactly as promised. I was honestly impressed with how smooth and quick the whole process was. I would absolutely use Web Trade-In again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a phone — even one with a damaged screen. Five stars!

For anyone considering this company selling your device is the way to go. I reside in Canada shipping to another country seemed skeptical… international shipping, unknown company, unsure of “ fake reviews” the moment it got delivered thats where the real panic starts “ will the company respond”, “ will i be lied too? some of these thoughts came to mind less than a full business day, I received an offer and video displaying the phone. This company is legit. No stress sell that device!

Payment received the same day it was delivered. They kept me updated all throughout the process. I recommend them!

I had three cell phones and wondered what kind of value they had. I scoured the Internet for a company with a good reputation...because I'd be mailing them in. WebTradeIn's online estimator, their shipping process, their status updates and ultimately their offer was dialed in, spot on and very much appreciated. I want to also give special appreciation to Christina, because her Customer Service was exceptional!!! I would like to offer one tip to future customers -- the US Postal Service is very finicky about sending devices with batteries -- and adamant that you can't send more than TWO devices with batteries in one shipment -- and I had three phones...so if you can CHOOSE THE UPS option, do so and save the hassle -- but this has nothing to do with WebTradeIn, other than their system might be able to notice that perhaps a user will be submitting more than two devices, so USPS will be not available (or available with two separate shipping labels). Bottom line, WebTradeIn was honorable in every way. They did not nit-pick and did not try and low ball me ultimately. They paid exceptionally quickly (I chose the Check method) and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Would absolutely use again! A top-notch experience and their Customer Service and turnaround times were very laudable. Great work!
